选型先过三道坎：

气源决定机型：天然气/油田伴生气走常规燃气机；甲烷8%以上的瓦斯选中拓600GF-W这类低浓瓦斯机；焦炉煤气、炼化尾气含氢含一氧化碳高，必须用能防回火、防放炮的高氢燃气机型；沼气、秸秆气先脱硫脱水再进缸。

Gas source determines the model: natural gas/oilfield associated gas is supplied by conventional gas engines; Select low concentration gas machines such as Tuo600GF-W for methane above 8%; Coke oven gas and refining tail gas have high hydrogen and carbon monoxide content, and high hydrogen gas models that can prevent backfire and explosion must be used; Biogas and straw gas are first desulfurized and dehydrated before entering the tank.

功率别“拍脑袋”：连续稳定负荷按实际用电的1.1倍配，间歇波动气源加缓冲罐和LEL联锁，避免浓度掉下去就停机。

Don't beat your head on power: The continuous stable load is configured at 1.1 times the actual electricity consumption, and the intermittent fluctuation gas source is equipped with a buffer tank and LEL interlock to avoid stopping the machine when the concentration drops.

热电联供才回本：缸套水和400℃左右烟气接余热锅炉，冬天供暖、全年洗浴热水，综合能效从单纯发电的35%拉到80%以上，很多煤矿项目靠这一块把回收期压到3年内。

Combined heat and power generation can only recover costs: cylinder liner water and flue gas at around 400 ℃ are connected to waste heat boilers for heating in winter and hot water for bathing throughout the year. The comprehensive energy efficiency has been increased from 35% of pure power generation to over 80%. Many coal mining projects rely on this to shorten the recovery period to within 3 years.

运维上别拿柴油机经验套：燃气机没有喷油器，但多了火花塞、混合器和燃气调压阀。火花塞500–1000小时查一次，空滤周期缩短一半，机房必须装燃气报警+紧急切断阀，漏气风险比漏油凶得多。

Don't take the diesel engine experience kit for operation and maintenance: gas engines don't have fuel injectors, but they have spark plugs, mixers, and gas pressure regulators. Spark plugs should be checked every 500-1000 hours, reducing the air filter cycle by half. The machine room must be equipped with gas alarm and emergency shut-off valves, and the risk of air leakage is much higher than that of oil leakage.

顺手提醒：甲烷浓度高于8%的瓦斯已经禁止直排，低浓段还能叠CCER碳收益，方案阶段就把碳资产算进去，账面更好看。

Reminder: Direct discharge of methane with a concentration higher than 8% has been prohibited, and CCER carbon benefits can still be stacked in the low concentration section. Carbon assets should be included in the plan phase for better accounting.
