煤矿、煤层气区块最头疼的甲烷，浓度 30%~50% 的抽采瓦斯过去直接排空——既冒安全风险，又浪费热值（甲烷热值约为通用煤的 2~5 倍）。瓦斯发电机组干的事，是把“隐患气体”变成“自备电厂的电”。

　　Methane, the most headache inducing gas in coal mines and coalbed methane blocks, with a concentration of 30% to 50%, is directly discharged in the past - which not only poses safety risks but also wastes heat value (methane's heat value is about 2 to 5 times that of conventional coal). The task of the gas generator set is to turn "hidden gas" into "electricity for self owned power plants".

　　一、先分浓度再选机，别拿一台机器硬吃所有气

　　1、 Separate the concentration first and then select the machine. Don't use one machine to force all the gas

　　? 高浓度瓦斯（＞30%）：可直接进内燃式燃气机组，发电效率 30%~38%；

　　High concentration gas (>30%): can be directly fed into internal combustion gas turbines, with a power generation efficiency of 30%~38%;

　　? 低浓度瓦斯（8%~30%）：要配主动式或被动式防回火系统、阻爆器、浓度掺混/稀释单元，机组电控和增压器都得按瓦斯介质定制；

　　Low concentration gas (8%~30%): Active or passive backfire prevention systems, explosion-proof devices, concentration mixing/dilution units, and unit electronic control and booster must be customized according to the gas medium;

　　- 乏风瓦斯（＜1%）：内燃机烧不动，走氧化装置（RTO/热氧化）换热发电，别硬上发电机组。

　　-Exhausted gas (<1%): The internal combustion engine cannot be burned, and the oxidation device (RTO/thermal oxidation) exchanges heat to generate electricity. Do not force the generator set.

　　二、煤矿场景的硬门槛不是“能发电”，是“别炸”

　　瓦斯机组核心在本质安全：进气端甲烷浓度在线监测、超限自动切机、排气管阻火器、机组房负压通风、防爆等级按煤矿/非煤矿山区分。没这套逻辑的“天然气机组改改就上”，现场一次回火就够停产半年。

　　The core of the gas unit lies in intrinsic safety: online monitoring of methane concentration at the intake end, automatic cut-off for exceeding limits, flame arrester in the exhaust pipe, negative pressure ventilation in the unit room, and classification of explosion-proof levels according to coal/non coal mines. Without this logic of 'natural gas unit modification is enough', one on-site tempering is enough to shut down for six months.

　　三、算账别只算度电成本

　　瓦斯发电的真实收益是三笔叠加：

　　The real benefits of gas power generation are a combination of three factors:

　　1. 上网/自用省电费；

　　1. Save electricity costs for internet/personal use;

　　2. 抽采瓦斯减排（甲烷 GWP 是 CO? 的二十多倍），碳减排有空间；

　　2. Gas extraction and emission reduction (methane GWP is more than 20 times that of CO ?), there is room for carbon reduction;

　　3. 井下瓦斯浓度压下来，通风和停采风险成本往下走。

　　3. When the underground gas concentration drops, the risk cost of ventilation and mining shutdown decreases.

　　很多矿区算完发现：机组回本慢，但“不发电”的隐形成本更高。

　　Many mining areas have found that the cost recovery of the unit is slow, but the hidden cost of "not generating electricity" is higher.

　　四、选型看四个数

　　单台功率（500/700/1000 kW 级）、燃气低热值适应范围、增压后缸内爆震余量、年可利用小时数。供气间断的矿井别上大单机，模块化多台并联+市电互补更稳。

　　Single unit power (500/700/1000 kW level), gas low calorific value adaptability range, cylinder knock margin after turbocharging, and annual available hours. Mines with intermittent gas supply should be equipped with large single machines, and modular parallel connection of multiple units with complementary mains power is more stable.

　　瓦斯发电机组不是把天然气机换个球阀，而是“气源工艺+防爆控制+发电系统”三位一体。气稳了、防爆对了，煤矿的排气管就成了电表。

　　The gas generator set is not about replacing the natural gas engine with a ball valve, but rather a combination of "gas source technology+explosion-proof control+power generation system". Once the gas is stable and explosion-proof, the exhaust pipe of the coal mine becomes an electric meter.
