The system is divided into five parts: gasifier, purification system, carbon output, unit, and self-control. The crude gas comes out with tar, ash, and water, and the spark plug must be blocked when entering the machine directly. It must go through cyclone dust removal → coke removal (wet or electrostatic coke capture) → gas-liquid separation → pressure stabilization, with a temperature of ≤ 40 ℃ before entering the machine, tar ≤ 50mg/Nm ³, dust ≤ 30mg/Nm ³, calorific value ≥ 4MJ/Nm ³, and oxygen content ≤ 1%.

机组本身有讲究：秸秆气热值低、杂质多，别拿天然气高速机硬改。优选低转速（500–1500r/min）、大缸径、自然吸气或稀薄燃烧机型，进气阀箱要可拆洗，方便清焦油；300kW以上建议闭环空燃比控制，省气又稳输出。

The unit itself has its own requirements: straw gas has low calorific value and many impurities, so don't use natural gas high-speed machines for hard modification. Prefer low-speed (500-1500r/min), large cylinder diameter, naturally aspirated or lean burn models, and the intake valve box should be removable and washable for easy tar removal; It is recommended to use closed-loop air-fuel ratio control for engines above 300kW to save gas and ensure stable output.

选型先测气再定机：先拿气化炉出口气做成分和杂质检测，按“单台500kW左右并机”比单机大马力更灵活，检修不停产。合同里写清气源适配报告、净化配置、易损件价格、驻场调试和响应时效。

Selection, first test the gas and then determine the machine: first use the outlet gas of the gasifier for composition and impurity detection. According to the principle of "single unit with around 500kW parallel operation", it is more flexible than single unit with high horsepower, and maintenance will not be stopped. The contract includes a report on the adaptation of clean air sources, purification configuration, price of vulnerable parts, on-site debugging, and response time.

运维盯三件事：每周清过滤器，按月查点火与进阀积焦，建运行日志（温度、压力、成分、发电量）。整套系统能自动进料排料、远程集控，普通人员短期培训即可上手。

Operation and maintenance focus on three things: cleaning the filter weekly, checking ignition and valve coking on a monthly basis, and creating operation logs (temperature, pressure, composition, power generation). The entire system is capable of automatic feeding and discharging, remote centralized control, and can be easily mastered by ordinary personnel through short-term training.
