很多业主询价第一句就是“给我来台1000kW燃气发电机组”，但燃气机组和柴油机组不一样——功率不是由机器决定的，是由“气”决定的。

　　Many homeowners ask for a 1000kW gas generator set as the first sentence, but gas generators are different from diesel generators - the power is not determined by the machine, but by the "gas".

　　一、先问气从哪来，再问要多少kW?

　　1、 First ask where the gas comes from, then ask how much kW is needed

　　瓦斯、沼气、焦炉煤气、生物质气、天然气、工业解析气，热值天差地别：

　　Gas, biogas, coke oven gas, biomass gas, natural gas, industrial analytical gas, with vastly different calorific values:

　　天然气低位热值高，700kW、1000kW、2000kW机组都很成熟；

　　The low calorific value of natural gas is high, and the 700kW, 1000kW, and 2000kW units are all mature;

　　沼气一般选500/700/1000kW级，浓度和硫化氢先处理干净；

　　Biogas is generally selected at the 500/700/1000kW level, with the concentration and hydrogen sulfide treated thoroughly first;

　　瓦斯按抽采浓度分档，煤矿常见600/700/1000kW防爆机组；

　　Gas is classified according to the concentration of extraction, and 600/700/1000kW explosion-proof units are commonly used in coal mines;

　　焦炉煤气、炼化气、解析气组分复杂，得先送气样做适应性设计，不能拿标准天然气机硬套。

　　The composition of coke oven gas, refined gas, and analytical gas is complex, and it is necessary to first supply gas samples for adaptive design. Standard natural gas machines cannot be used for hard fitting.

　　二、额定功率≠实际到手电?

　　2、 Rated power ≠ actual to flashlight

　　燃气机组的“1000kW”通常是厂用自耗后的发电输出，还要扣：

　　The "1000kW" of a gas turbine is usually the power output generated by the plant after self consumption, and it also needs to be deducted:

　　增压机、水泵、点火、控制系统自用电；

　　Turbocharger, water pump, ignition, and control system self use electricity;

　　高原、高温、进气阻力带来的功率折损；

　　Power loss caused by high altitude, high temperature, and intake resistance;

　　燃气压力不稳时的降功运行。

　　Reduced power operation when gas pressure is unstable.

　　实地能稳定并网/自用的，往往比铭牌少 5%~15%。

　　On site stable grid connection/self use is often 5% to 15% less than the nameplate.

　　三）单台多大，看“气源连续性”?

　　气源稳定（天然气管网、大型沼气管网）：可上大单机，1100~2000kW更省人省地；

　　Stable gas source (natural gas pipeline network, large-scale biogas pipeline network): capable of supporting large single machines, 1100~2000kW, more efficient in terms of manpower and land use;

　　气源波动（煤矿瓦斯、秸秆气、解析气）：别贪大，500/700/1000kW多台并联，一台检修另一台还能撑住负荷。

　　Fluctuations in gas sources (coal mine gas, straw gas, analytical gas): Don't be greedy for large quantities. Multiple units of 500/700/1000kW are connected in parallel, and one unit can maintain the load while the other is under maintenance.

　　四、选kW前先定三件事?

　　4、 Three things to consider before choosing kW

　　气源成分+最低/平均热值；

　　Gas source composition+minimum/average calorific value;

　　是自用电、上网、还是孤网带负荷；

　　Is it for personal use, connected to the internet, or carrying a load on an isolated network;

　　要不要余热（缸套水/排烟）做热水、蒸汽、吸收式制冷。

　　Should waste heat (cylinder liner water/exhaust) be used for hot water, steam, and absorption refrigeration.

　　很多项目后期加余热锅炉，才发现原机组没留换热接口，只能拆了重来。

　　Many projects add waste heat boilers in the later stages, only to discover that the original unit did not have a heat exchange interface, and had to be dismantled and rebuilt.

　　燃气发电机组选功率，本质是“气源画像×用电场景×余热需求”算出来的结果。先摸气，再定kW，比先定型号再找气，少踩一半坑。

　　The selection of power for a gas generator set is essentially the result of "gas source profile x electricity consumption scenario x waste heat demand" calculation. First touch the gas, then set the kW, which is half the pit less than setting the model first and then finding the gas.
