很多电站前期把预算全砸在主机上，结果跑起来三个月就开始掉功率、火花塞成批烧。拆开看，缸内没有大伤，问题出在“气”这一头——机组只是背了锅。

Many power plants spend all their budget on the main engine in the early stage, but as a result, they start to lose power and spark plugs burn out in batches after running for three months. Upon opening, there are no major injuries inside the cylinder, but the problem lies in the "gas" side - the unit is just taking the blame.

燃气机不是万能 burner，每一种气都要单独对曲线。管道天然气要求甲烷七成以上、压力稳定在80到200kPa，前处理重点在脱水和调压；沼气填埋气甲烷通常四成上下，硫化氢必须压到200毫克以下，双级脱硫加气水分离不能省；低浓瓦斯甲烷门槛九个点，氧含量必须受控，阻火加稳压加浓度监测三件套缺一不可；焦炉炼化尾气含氢高还带焦油萘，降温除焦油除尘一步都不能跳。

A gas engine is not a universal burner, and each type of gas needs to be individually tested for its curve. Pipeline natural gas requires more than 70% methane and a stable pressure of 80 to 200kPa, with a focus on dehydration and pressure regulation for pre-treatment; Methane in biogas landfill gas is usually around 40%, and hydrogen sulfide must be compressed to below 200 milligrams. The separation of two-stage desulfurization and gas injection water cannot be saved; There are nine threshold points for methane in low concentration gas, and the oxygen content must be controlled. The three piece set of fire prevention, pressure stabilization, and concentration monitoring is indispensable; The tail gas from coke oven refining has high hydrogen content and tar naphthalene, so the cooling, tar removal, and dust removal steps cannot be skipped.

现场最容易被砍掉的正是前处理三件套：稳压罐、脱硫塔、精细过滤。气压波动超过每分钟1kPa，空燃比再聪明的系统也追不上；硫化氢不脱硫，机油酸值两周就超标；焦油进缸，火花塞和进气道一个月积一层黑壳。

The most easily cut off set on site is the pre-treatment three piece set: pressure stabilizing tank, desulfurization tower, and fine filtration. The pressure fluctuation exceeds 1kPa per minute, and even the smartest system in terms of air-fuel ratio cannot catch up; Hydrogen sulfide does not desulfurize, and the oleic acid value exceeds the standard within two weeks; Tar enters the cylinder, and the spark plug and intake duct accumulate a layer of black shell every month.

选型时顺手核对四件事：拿近期气样做全组分报告，别只报“大概沼气”；额定功率按可用气量乘连续运行下限算，别用峰值气量，长期轻载比满负荷更伤机；高氢尾气必须换富氢燃烧标定，普通天然气曲线直接套会爆震；安全件别省，水封阻火器、浓度监测、启动前自动吹扫，失败必须关气吹扫3到5分钟再点火。

When selecting, check four things: take a recent gas sample to make a full component report, don't just report "approximate biogas"; The rated power is calculated by multiplying the available gas volume by the lower limit of continuous operation. Do not use peak gas volume, as long-term light load is more damaging to the machine than full load; High hydrogen exhaust gas must be calibrated with rich hydrogen combustion, and directly fitting the curve of ordinary natural gas will cause detonation; Save on safety components, including water sealed flame arresters, concentration monitoring, and automatic blowing before startup. If it fails, turn off the gas and blow for 3 to 5 minutes before ignition.

运维只记两个动作：每日看燃气压差，每周校一次甲烷和氧分析仪。这两个习惯坚持做，非计划停机通常能砍掉一半以上。

Operation and maintenance only remember two actions: check the gas pressure difference daily and calibrate the methane and oxygen analyzer once a week. Persist in these two habits, and unplanned downtime can usually cut them in half or more.

把“先化验、再配路、标定跟着气走”钉在调试清单里，废气变电能这件事才真正开始赚钱。
