工厂里最容易被忽视的账，是副产气。焦炉煤气、高炉煤气、兰炭驰放气、解析气、瓦斯、沼气——过去“点天灯”放散，现在其实都能变成电。

The most easily overlooked account in a factory is by-product gas. Coke oven gas, blast furnace gas, blue charcoal release gas, analytical gas, gas, biogas - in the past, they were released by lighting sky lanterns, but now they can all be converted into electricity.

核心逻辑就三步：净化 → 燃烧做功 → 发电。

The core logic consists of three steps: purification → combustion to do work → power generation.

但工业尾气不是天然气，它“脾气很怪”：

But industrial exhaust gas is not natural gas, it has a "strange temper":

热值飘：同一条线，早班和夜班浓度能差15%；

Calorific value fluctuation: On the same line, the concentration difference between morning and night shifts is 15%;

杂质狠：焦油、粉尘、水分、硫化氢，直接进缸就是堵喷嘴、蚀缸体；

Impurities: Tar, dust, moisture, hydrogen sulfide, directly entering the cylinder will block the nozzle and corrode the cylinder body;

含氢高：焦炉气、兰炭气氢占比大，烧得快，空燃比没调好就爆震。

High hydrogen content: Coke oven gas and coke oven gas have a high proportion of hydrogen, burning quickly and causing detonation if the air-fuel ratio is not adjusted properly.

所以选型先看气，别先看功率。

So when choosing a model, first consider the gas, not the power.

气量小、间歇来（转炉煤气、解析气）：配缓冲气柜+多台中小机组，一台检修不停产；

Small gas volume, intermittent supply (converter gas, analytical gas): equipped with buffer gas holders and multiple small and medium-sized units, one unit can be maintained without stopping production;

气量大、低热值（高炉煤气）：走内燃机或余热锅炉，配套除尘脱水；

Large gas volume and low calorific value (blast furnace gas): using internal combustion engines or waste heat boilers, equipped with dust removal and dehydration;

含硫含焦油重：前置脱硫、电捕焦油、过滤，硫先压到50ppm以下再进机；

Sulfur and tar content: pre desulfurization, electrostatic tar capture, filtration, sulfur is first compressed to below 50ppm before entering the machine;

想回本快：烟气接余热回收，发电+蒸汽/热水，综合能效能拉到80%以上。

Quick return on investment: flue gas waste heat recovery, power generation+steam/hot water, with a comprehensive energy efficiency of over 80%.

运行三个动作不能省：

Running three actions cannot save:

每天测气样——热值、压力、含氧量留曲线；

Daily gas sample testing - calorific value, pressure, oxygen retention curve;

每500小时清过滤器、看火花塞间隙；

Clean the filter and check the spark plug gap every 500 hours;

氧含量超1%立刻切气源，防爆优先于发电。

Immediately cut off the gas source when the oxygen content exceeds 1%, and prioritize explosion prevention over power generation.

冷知识：尾气发电赚的不只是电费。“并网不上网、自发自用”能省输电费，再把烟气余热捡回来，才叫把一方气吃干榨净。

Cold knowledge: Tail gas power generation earns more than just electricity bills. 'Grid connection without grid connection, self use' can save transmission costs, and only by picking up the waste heat from the flue gas can we exhaust the local gas.

废气不是垃圾，是没对账的能源账单。

Waste gas is not garbage, it is an unreconciled energy bill.
