很多厂把焦炉煤气、兰炭气、炼化尾气直接送进普通天然气机组，头几天跑得挺稳，一周后进气管放炮、排温忽高忽低。不是点火线圈不行，是这种气“太活泼”——氢气体积占比能到50%甚至更高，火焰传播速度比甲烷快好几倍，燃气和空气只要在管里提前碰到，一点火就回窜。

Many factories directly feed coke oven gas, blue coke gas, and refining tail gas into ordinary natural gas units. In the first few days, they run steadily, but after a week, the gas pipes start firing and the exhaust temperature fluctuates. It's not that the ignition coil doesn't work, it's that this type of gas is "too reactive" - hydrogen gas can account for 50% or even more of the volume, and the flame propagation speed is several times faster than methane. As long as the gas and air meet in advance in the tube, they will bounce back as soon as they ignite.

普通外混式机组（空气和燃气先进歧管混合再进缸）碰上高氢气，基本必回火。真要长期跑，得盯住机器结构里的三句话：

Ordinary external hybrid units (air and gas are first mixed in the manifold before entering the cylinder) will inevitably backfire when encountering high hydrogen gas. If you really want to run for a long time, you have to keep an eye on the three sentences in the machine structure:

缸内混合、缸外隔离。燃气喷嘴按各缸独立布置，主进气门打开后才把气喷进缸里，进气管里永远只有纯空气。这一条是防回火的核心，买设备前让厂家把“进气隔离”四个字写进技术协议。

Mixing inside the cylinder and isolation outside the cylinder. The gas nozzles are arranged independently for each cylinder, and only inject air into the cylinder after the main intake valve is opened. There is always pure air in the intake pipe. This is the core of preventing backfire. Before purchasing equipment, ask the manufacturer to write the four words "intake isolation" into the technical agreement.

双气门+短进气时间。氢气烧得快，进气窗口太长会把未燃混合气带进排气道。用双进气阀、凸轮相位调短，配合缸内直喷，爆震和排管放炮一起压下去。

Dual valves+short intake time. Hydrogen burns quickly, and a long intake window can bring unburned mixture into the exhaust duct. Use dual intake valves and cam phase adjustment to shorten the pressure, combined with direct injection in the cylinder, detonation, and exhaust pipe blasting.

空燃比分开控。别用“一股气一股空气汇到混合器”的老办法。燃气侧、空气侧各带一个执行器，ECU按排温和氧传感器实时修整，组分波动（比如焦炉煤气掺了高炉煤气）时不会突然贫燃或富燃。

Open control of air-fuel ratio. Don't use the old method of 'one stream of air converging into the mixer'. The gas side and air side are each equipped with an actuator, and the ECU adjusts the exhaust temperature and oxygen sensor in real time. When the components fluctuate (such as coke oven gas mixed with blast furnace gas), there will be no sudden lean or rich combustion.

机房轴流风机和可燃气体/CO报警联动，含氢尾气泄漏比天然气危险得多。

The axial flow fan in the computer room is linked with combustible gas/CO alarm, and hydrogen containing exhaust gas leakage is much more dangerous than natural gas.

每缸排温单独显示，单缸掉20℃以上通常是喷嘴堵或点火弱，早发现早换，别等拉缸。

Each cylinder's exhaust temperature is displayed separately. If a single cylinder drops above 20 ℃, it is usually due to nozzle blockage or weak ignition. It should be detected and replaced early, and do not wait for the cylinder to be pulled.

启动失败必须关气、用纯空气吹扫3到5分钟再第二次点火，高氢气未燃积在缸内，第三次点火就是放炮。

If the startup fails, the gas must be turned off and purged with pure air for 3 to 5 minutes before igniting again. If high hydrogen gas has not been burned and accumulated in the cylinder, the third ignition is considered as firing.

顺手一条运维红线：焦油萘别只靠电捕。煤气温度一降，萘结晶堵在喷嘴孔里，空燃比再准也喷不均。初冷器出口温度压到22℃以下、每周拆一次喷嘴超声清洗，比每月换火花塞便宜。

A convenient operation and maintenance red line: Don't rely solely on electric capture for tar naphthalene. As soon as the gas temperature drops, naphthalene crystals block the nozzle holes, and even if the air-fuel ratio is accurate, the spraying is uneven. Pressing the outlet temperature of the primary cooler below 22 ℃ and removing the nozzle for ultrasonic cleaning once a week is cheaper than replacing spark plugs every month.

把“缸内混合防回火、双阀控爆震、排温单缸看、喷嘴周清洗”这四句钉在中控室，高氢煤气这种“刺头气”也能跑出8000小时年运行。

Nail the four sentences of "anti backfire mixing in the cylinder, double valve controlled detonation, single cylinder observation of exhaust temperature, and nozzle cleaning" to the central control room, and high hydrogen gas, this "sharp gas", can also run for 8000 hours of annual operation.
