1. 悬挂积放输送单元:作为核心载体,包含积放式悬挂链、专用吊具、驱动装置、张紧机构及转向装置。积放链采用闭环设计,可实现工件的连续输送与临时积存;吊具针对传动部件的异形结构优化,采用快速装卸结构并具备耐温、耐化学腐蚀特性。

The stacking chain adopts a closed-loop design, which can achieve continuous conveying and temporary storage of workpieces; The lifting device is optimized for the irregular structure of transmission components, adopting a fast loading and unloading structure and possessing temperature and chemical corrosion resistance characteristics.

2. 涂装工艺单元:涵盖前处理(脱脂、磷化、多道水洗)、电泳涂装、中涂/面漆喷涂、烘干固化四大环节。前处理去除部件表面油污与锈迹,电泳形成均匀底漆层,喷涂环节通常采用机器人自动作业,烘干室通过精准控温实现涂层固化。

2. Coating process unit: covering four major processes: pre-treatment (degreasing, phosphating, multiple water washes), electrophoretic coating, intermediate coating/topcoat spraying, and drying and curing. Pre treatment removes oil and rust from the surface of the components, electrophoresis forms a uniform primer layer, and the spraying process is usually carried out automatically by robots. The drying chamber achieves coating curing through precise temperature control.

3. 控制系统:以PLC或DCS为核心,集成传感器(编码器、接近开关、温度传感器)与执行器,实现输送速度、工艺参数(温度、涂料流量、烘干时间)的实时调控,确保各环节协同一致。
