工业尾气种类繁多,不同气源的成分、热值、特性差异极大。不是一台发电机能“通吃”所有尾气。这篇按气源分类,讲透不同场景的选型要点。

There are many types of industrial exhaust gases, and the composition, calorific value, and characteristics of different gas sources vary greatly. Not one generator can 'eat' all the exhaust gases. This article categorizes by gas source and explains the key selection points for different scenarios.

含氢尾气(焦炉煤气、化工驰放气)

Hydrogen containing tail gas (coke oven gas, chemical exhaust gas)

气源特点:氢气含量高(30%~100%),热值相对较低,易燃易爆,回火和爆震风险大。

Gas source characteristics: high hydrogen content (30%~100%), relatively low calorific value, flammable and explosive, high risk of tempering and detonation.

进气隔离技术:燃气和空气在进入气缸后才混合,进气管内没有混合燃气,杜绝回火放炮

1000r/min低转速:相对1500r/min高速机,机械冲击更小,寿命更长,配件消耗更低

安全配套:发电机房须安装轴流风机强制通风,配置可燃气体、有毒气体报警装置并与风机联动。

低氢尾气(高炉煤气、兰炭气)

气源特点:氢气含量低(<30%),其他可燃成分(CO等)占比较高,热值极低。

What are the components of the gas source? The hydrogen content, CO content, and methane content directly affect the combustion characteristics and safety risk level of gas. Obtaining a complete gas composition analysis report is the first step in selection.

气源压力与流量是否稳定? 波动幅度决定是否需要增压设备或缓冲罐。

Is the pressure and flow rate of the gas source stable? The fluctuation amplitude determines whether pressurization equipment or buffer tanks are needed.

场地条件是否满足安全要求? 厂房通风、燃气报警、消防设施缺一不可。氢气比空气轻得多,扩散性好,通风良好时安全性甚至优于天然气。

Do the site conditions meet safety requirements? Ventilation, gas alarm, and fire-fighting facilities are indispensable in the factory building. Hydrogen is much lighter than air, has good diffusion, and is even safer than natural gas when well ventilated.

是要“并网”还是“孤岛运行”? 决定是否需要并网柜和相关审批手续。

Should we "connect to the grid" or "operate in isolation"? Determine whether grid connected cabinets and related approval procedures are required.
