秸秆气发电机组:把田间秸秆变成“绿色电流”
秸秆不能烧,放着又占地方。秸秆气发电机组给出的解决方案是:把秸秆变成可燃气体,再用来发电。一条“废弃物-清洁燃气-绿色电力”的转化链,让秸秆从“负担”变成“资源”。

秸秆气是怎么来的?
How does straw gas come from?
秸秆气不是天然就有的,而是通过热化学转化产生的。秸秆、稻壳、木屑、果壳等生物质原料,在气化炉中经历干燥、热解、氧化、还原四个阶段,在缺氧条件下发生一系列化学反应,最终生成以氢气(3%~9%)、一氧化碳(10%~18%)、甲烷(1.5%~2.1%) 为主要可燃成分的混合燃气。
Straw gas is not naturally present, but is produced through thermochemical conversion. Biomass materials such as straw, rice husk, sawdust, and fruit shells undergo four stages of drying, pyrolysis, oxidation, and reduction in a gasifier. Under anaerobic conditions, a series of chemical reactions occur, ultimately producing a mixed gas mainly composed of hydrogen (3%~9%), carbon monoxide (10%~18%), and methane (1.5%~2.1%) as combustible components.
这种气体热值通常在5~6 MJ/Nm?(约1200~1400 kcal/Nm?),属于低热值燃气,但足以驱动专用的燃气发电机组稳定运行。

低热值燃气对发电机组提出了特殊要求,并非所有燃气发动机都能直接使用。成熟的秸秆气发电机组通常具备以下技术特征:
Low calorific value gas poses special requirements for generator sets, and not all gas engines can be directly used. Mature straw gas generators typically have the following technical features:
大排量发动机:采用缸径大、行程长、排量大的机型(如300系列),在燃气的热值较低时仍能确保输出功率持续恒定。
High displacement engine: using models with large cylinder diameter, long stroke, and large displacement (such as the 300 series), it can ensure continuous and constant output power even when the calorific value of the gas is low.
防回火进气系统:秸秆气含氢量不低,氢气回火风险高。采用内混式进气系统配合空燃比自动控制,使空气和燃气在进入气缸后才混合,进气管内没有混合燃气,从源头杜绝回火放炮问题。
Anti backfire intake system: The hydrogen content in straw gas is not low, and the risk of hydrogen backfire is high. Adopting an internal hybrid intake system combined with automatic air-fuel ratio control, air and gas are mixed only after entering the cylinder, and there is no mixed gas in the intake pipe, thus eliminating the problem of backfire from the source.
低压进气适应性:自然吸气机型对气源压力要求低(仅需>2kPa),对燃气中焦油的容忍度也更高。气源低压输送本身也更安全。
Low pressure intake adaptability: Naturally aspirated models require low gas source pressure (only>2kPa) and have a higher tolerance for tar in the gas. Low pressure transmission of gas source itself is also safer.
方便维护的设计:可拆卸进气阀箱设计,不需拆卸缸盖即可清理焦油——这对秸秆气发电来说是刚需,因为气化过程难免产生焦油,清理不及时会影响机组性能。
Convenient maintenance design: The detachable intake valve box design allows for the cleaning of tar without disassembling the cylinder head - this is essential for straw gas power generation, as tar is inevitably generated during the gasification process, and delayed cleaning can affect the performance of the unit.
低转速长寿命:机组采用低转速设计(通常1000r/min或1500r/min),机械磨损更小,年运行时间可达8000小时,大修周期长达60000小时。
Low speed and long lifespan: The unit adopts a low-speed design (usually 1000r/min or 1500r/min), with less mechanical wear, an annual operating time of up to 8000 hours, and a major overhaul cycle of up to 60000 hours.
系统构成:不只是一台发动机
System composition: not just an engine
秸秆气发电不是“气化炉接上发电机”这么简单。一套完整的系统包括五个部分:

气化炉:将秸秆原料转化为粗燃气
Gasification furnace: converting straw raw materials into crude gas
气体净化系统:旋风分离器除粉尘、湿式(或干式)净化设备脱焦油、气液分离设备除水分、静电捕焦器深度净化
Gas purification system: cyclone separator for dust removal, wet (or dry) purification equipment for tar removal, gas-liquid separation equipment for moisture removal, electrostatic precipitator for deep purification
出碳系统:回收气化后的炭粉
Carbon extraction system: Recycling and gasifying carbon powder
发电机组:净化后的燃气驱动内燃机发电
Generator set: purified gas drives internal combustion engine to generate electricity
控制系统:自动控制进料、排料,实时监控温度、压力、气体成分
Control system: automatic control of feeding and discharging, real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, and gas composition
净化后的气体温度须低于40℃才能进入发电机组,过高的温度会影响发动机燃烧效率。
The purified gas temperature must be below 40 ℃ before entering the generator set, as excessive temperature can affect the combustion efficiency of the engine.
