煤气发电机组能解决哪些问题
煤气发电机组是以钢铁、化工等工业生产过程中产生的副产煤气——包括高炉煤气、焦炉煤气、转炉煤气、矿热炉煤气等——为燃料进行发电的专用设备。炼钢过程中产生的煤气占钢铁生产二次能源的一半以上,是行业节能降碳的主要目标。煤气发电机组正是解决这一“废气”资源化利用问题的核心装备。

The primary problem solved by gas generators is the huge waste of industrial by-product gas. Traditionally, a large amount of blast furnace gas and converter gas have been directly discharged or simply burned, which not only wastes valuable energy but also causes environmental pollution. Gas generators efficiently burn these low calorific value gases and convert them into electrical energy, achieving the goal of "turning waste into treasure". Taking the practice of Jichai Power in a steel plant in Guangdong as an example, 10 converter gas generator units equipped with gas pretreatment, waste heat recovery, and exhaust gas purification devices have been running stably for more than 2800 hours, with a gas recovery utilization rate of up to 99%.

The second problem solved by gas generators is the bottleneck of low efficiency in traditional gas utilization methods. The commonly used method of "boiler steam driven turbine power generation" in steel enterprises has obvious shortcomings in conversion efficiency, capacity adaptation, and construction period. The new gas power generation technology improves the main steam parameters to ultra-high temperature/ultra-high pressure or even ultra-high temperature/subcritical, and widely applies the intermediate reheating technology. The power generation efficiency can reach 38% -40%, which is about 13 percentage points higher than traditional medium temperature and medium pressure units. The power generation efficiency of Shougang Engineering Company's supercritical gas power generation technology can reach 43% -45.6%. Liangang's ultra supercritical gas power generation technology saves about 32000 tons of standard coal and reduces carbon dioxide emissions by more than 85000 tons per 150MW unit compared to subcritical power generation units.
五、建设周期与投资回报问题

煤气发电机组还解决了传统发电项目建设周期长、投资回收慢的问题。新型煤气发电机组从设计到投产只需4到6个月,比传统技术方案建设时间少60%,资金回收期缩短到1.5年。机组容量覆盖35MW至150MW,可灵活匹配不同规模钢铁企业的煤气资源量和场地条件,尤其适合老旧机组升级改造或新建分布式能源站。
Gas generator sets also solve the problems of long construction cycles and slow investment recovery in traditional power generation projects. The new gas-fired power generation unit only takes 4 to 6 months from design to operation, which is 60% less than the construction time of traditional technical solutions, and the payback period is shortened to 1.5 years.
