  维修燃气发电机组故障的方法

  燃气发电机组机油压力不足或无压力

  Insufficient or no oil pressure in gas generator set

  (1)故障现象。燃气发电机组正常运行时机油压力一般为0.25?0.5MPa(详见随机使用说明书)。若机油压力低于规定的范围或压力表无压力显示,则应判断为故障。

  (1) Fault phenomenon. The oil pressure of a gas generator set during normal operation is generally 0.25? 0.5MPa (see the accompanying user manual for details). If the oil pressure is below the specified range or the pressure gauge shows no pressure, it should be judged as a fault.

  ⑤燃气发电机组各润滑部位配合间隙过大,漏油严重。

  ②若上述调整后压力仍达不到要求,应先检査油底壳内机油足否太少,机油管接头是否松脱或破裂。

  ③对照机外正常机油检查油底壳内机油粘度有否变化,若机油稀释,则应检査漏入柴油或水的原因。漏水多是机油冷却器冷却管破裂引起的,应及时修理或更换机油冷却器。机油中漏入柴油,可能是气缸或活塞环磨损严重,使喷人燃烧室的柴油漏入曲轴箱中,这时应更换活塞环或气缸套;也可能由于喷油泵喷油过多、喷油器滴油、喷油压力过低,使未完全燃烧的柴油漏入机油中。

  ③ Check the viscosity of the oil in the oil pan for any changes compared to normal oil outside the engine. If the oil is diluted, investigate the cause of diesel or water leakage. Water leakage is often caused by the rupture of the cooling pipe of the oil cooler, and the oil cooler should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner. Diesel oil leaking into the engine oil may be due to severe wear of the cylinder or piston ring, causing diesel injected into the combustion chamber to leak into the crankcase. In this case, the piston ring or cylinder liner should be replaced; It is also possible that incomplete combustion of diesel fuel may leak into the engine oil due to excessive fuel injection from the fuel injection pump, dripping from the fuel injector, or low injection pressure.

  ④如果机油冷却器或机油粗滤器堵塞应予以疏通,并清洗集滤器和吸油管。

  ⑤检査机油润滑部位的配合间隙,如间隙过大应及时更换已损坏的零件,并调整至符合要求,保证配合良好不泄漏。

  15.燃气发电机组机油压力过高

  (1)故障现象。机油压力表读数超过规定数值,同时燃气发电机组功率降低。

  (2)原因分析

  ①先用机油尺从曲轴箱内蘸出机油,用手槎揉,检查机油是否过稠.过稠应换用符合规定的机油。

  ②卸下机油滤清器,检査滤芯是否过脏堵塞,如有堵塞应进行清洗或更换。如油道堵塞,应及时疏通。

  ③若是机油压力调节阀压力调整不当,应将压力调整至规定值。

  ④若主轴承或连杆轴瓦的间隙过小,可在瓦口增加垫片以增大间隙,或更换轴瓦使间隙符合要求。

  16.燃气发电机组机油消耗量大

  16. Gas generator sets consume a large amount of oil

  (1)故障现象。用机油尺检查机油时,发现机油消耗量增多(机油减少),或发现机油突然减少。

  (1) Fault phenomenon. When checking the oil with an oil dipstick, it is found that the oil consumption has increased (the oil has decreased) or that the oil has suddenly decreased.

  (2)原因分析。机油消耗量大通常是由于漏油严重引起的。

  ①活塞、活塞环与气缸套磨损严重,使机油大量窜人燃烧室内烧掉或从排气管排出。

  ②管路接头及其他部位漏油严重。

  ①燃气发电机组运转时,从排气管排出大量蓝白色烟,机油加油口有油烟冒出,此现象说明活塞、活塞环与气缸套磨损严重,机油大量窜入燃烧室内,应及时更换活塞环或气缸套。

  ① When the gas generator set is running, a large amount of blue and white smoke is discharged from the exhaust pipe, and oil fumes are emitted from the oil filling port. This phenomenon indicates that the piston, piston ring, and cylinder liner are severely worn, and a large amount of oil enters the combustion chamber.   ②若有机油从飞轮边缘甩出或从油底壳后端向外滴出,应停机后用破布将曲轴后轴承盖 或油底壳后端擦干净,然后开机并仔细观察,如从曲轴轴颈处向外流油,为曲轴后油封漏油;从油底壳后端向外流油,为油底壳与曲轴箱密封不严或连接螺钉松动所致;凸轮轴后端盖密封不严漏油,在凸轮轴后端盖处的曲轴上端由缸体向下流油;机油从曲轴皮带轮甩出, 说明正时齿轮室盖油封磨损、损坏或装置不当而漏油;其他各衬垫或管子接头松动、破裂等而漏油,从外表可以看出有漏油的油迹。应检査油封、衬垫等是否破裂,各连接处螺钉或管 接头是否松动等。

Oil flows downwards from the cylinder block at the upper end of the crankshaft at the rear end cover of the camshaft; The oil is thrown out from the crankshaft pulley, indicating that the timing gear chamber cover oil seal is worn, damaged, or improperly installed, resulting in oil leakage; Other gaskets or pipe joints are loose, broken, etc., causing oil leakage, and oil stains can be seen from the appearance. Check whether the oil seal, gasket, etc. are broken, and whether the screws or pipe joints at each connection are loose.

  17.起动机不能转动

  17. The starter cannot rotate

  (1)故障现象。发电机组的电起动钥匙转到起动位置,起动按钮已按下,起动电动机不能转动,燃气发电机组未能起动。

  (1) Fault phenomenon. The electric starting key of the generator set has been turned to the starting position, the starting button has been pressed, the starting motor cannot rotate, and the gas generator set cannot be started.

  (2)原因分析

  ①电起动系统连接线,如电起动钥匙、起动开关、电磁开关、起动电动机及蓄电池等相 互之间的连接线,接触不良,甚至断线,起动电动机定、转子绕组无电流通过,起动电动机不能转动。

  ① The connecting wires of the electric starting system, such as the electric starting key, starting switch, electromagnetic switch, starter motor, and battery, have poor contact or even breakage. The stator and rotor windings of the starter motor have no current passing through, and the starter motor cannot rotate.

  ②电磁开关接触不良。电磁汗关触头吸合时通过触头的电流很大,如果触头接触不良或 电磁开关线圈失电、开关内使触头退回的弹簧拉力不足,都会使触头烧蚀,导致电磁开关的动触头和静触头接触不良甚至无接触,起动电动机未通过电流而不能转动。

  ② Poor contact of electromagnetic switch. When the electromagnetic sweat switch contacts are pulled in, the current passing through the contacts is very high. If the contacts have poor contact or the electromagnetic switch coil loses power, or the spring tension inside the switch that causes the contacts to retract is insufficient, it will cause the contacts to burn out, resulting in poor or even no contact between the moving and stationary contacts of the electromagnetic switch. The starting motor cannot rotate without passing current.

  ③电刷接触不良。起动电动机是一种直流串激式电动机,在换向器上均布有电刷。当电刷与换向器接触不良,或电刷被卡在刷握内,电起动系统电路不通电,起动电动机不能转动。

  ④起动电动机绕组短路。定子绕组短路时未能建立磁场或磁场削弱.电枢绕组短路时未 能产生电动力或电动力不足,都不能使起动电动机转动。

  ④ The winding of the starter motor is short circuited.   ①用万用表检查各段连接线,对断线处予以接通。同时检査各接点接触情况,对接触不良的应用砂布擦净后再连接。对连接螺栓松动的,应予以拧紧。

  ① Use a multimeter to check the connecting wires of each section and connect the broken wires. At the same time, check the contact status of each contact point, and apply sandpaper to clean the poor contact before connecting. Loose connecting bolts should be tightened.

  ②检查电磁开关接触情况,触点烧蚀的应用砂布砂磨,弹簧拉力不足的应更换弹簧。

  ② Check the contact condition of the electromagnetic switch. If the contact is burned, use sandpaper to grind it. If the spring tension is insufficient, replace the spring.

  ③若电刷与换向器接触面太小引起它们接触不良,则应重新研磨电刷圆弧面,使其与换向器的接触面不少于电刷横截面的75%。电刷被卡在刷握的,应用砂布擦净刷握内壁。若电刷与刷握配合过紧,可适当磨小电刷侧面尺寸,使电刷在刷握内能上下滑动。

  ③ If the contact surface between the electric brush and the commutator is too small and causes poor contact, the circular arc surface of the electric brush should be re ground so that its contact surface with the commutator is not less than 75% of the cross-sectional area of the electric brush. The electric brush is stuck in the brush holder, and the inner wall of the brush holder should be wiped clean with a sandpaper. If the brush is too tightly matched with the brush holder, the side size of the brush can be appropriately ground down to allow the brush to slide up and down inside the brush holder.

  ④按绕组短路检査法査找起动电动机定子和电枢绕组短路点,修复短路点,无法修复的应换新绕组,并进行浸绝缘漆、烘干处理。不具备条件时,应换上同型号、规格的起动电动机。

  ④ According to the winding short circuit inspection method, locate the short circuit points of the stator and armature windings of the starter motor, repair the short circuit points, replace the windings that cannot be repaired, and apply insulation paint and drying treatment. When the conditions are not met, a starting motor of the same model and specification should be replaced.

  ⑤发电机组起动时,蓄电池电压大幅度下降,均表明蓄电池充电不足,应换已充足电的蓄电池,或对原蓄电池充电后再使用。

  ⑤ When the generator set starts, a significant drop in battery voltage indicates insufficient charging of the battery. It is recommended to replace the battery with a fully charged one or charge the original battery before use.

  18.起动机空转正常,但无力起动燃气发电机组

  18. The starter is idling normally, but it is unable to start the gas generator set

  (1)故障现象。按下起动开关,起动机转得很慢且无力,起动不了燃气发电机组。

  (1) Fault phenomenon. Press the start switch, the starter motor rotates slowly and weakly, and cannot start the gas generator set.

  (2)原因分析。起动机空转正常,但无力起动燃气发电机组,主要是由蓄电池电压不足和起动机内部故障等引起的。

  (2) Cause analysis. The starter is idling normally, but it is unable to start the gas generator set, mainly caused by insufficient battery voltage and internal faults of the starter.

  ①蓄电池充电不足或接头松动,桩头(接线柱)太脏。

  ① The battery is not fully charged or the connector is loose, and the pile head (terminal) is too dirty.

  ②起动电动机开关触点烧蚀,接触不良。

  ② The switch contacts of the starter motor are burnt and have poor contact.

  ③起动机故障。主要有轴承间隙过紧或过松;电枢轴弯曲而刮碰磁极;整流子烧蚀严重、失圆或油污太多;电刷磨损严重,弹簧过软;磁极线圈或电枢线圈有短路处;燃气发电机组搭铁不良;燃气发电机组温度过高或过低等,引起转动阻力过大。

  ③ Starter motor malfunction. Mainly due to the bearing clearance being too tight or too loose; The armature shaft bends and scratches the magnetic pole; Severe erosion, roundness loss or excessive oil contamination of the rectifier; The electric brush is severely worn and the spring is too soft; There is a short circuit in the magnetic pole coil or armature coil; Poor grounding of gas generator set; The temperature of the gas generator set is too high or too low, causing excessive rotational resistance.

  (3)处理方法

  ①先检査蓄电池电压是否正常,若电压不正常应充电或换用电压正常的蓄电池。检査蓄电池连接导线接头是否松动、桩头是否过脏,如接头松动应拧紧,桩头过脏应清洁或去除氧化物,以保证接触良好。桩头接触不好,按下起动开关时,用手触摸其导线,会有过热的感觉。

  ① First, check if the battery voltage is normal. If the voltage is abnormal, charge or replace it with a battery with a normal voltage. Check whether the battery connection wire joints are loose and whether the pile heads are too dirty. If the joints are loose, they should be tightened. If the pile heads are too dirty, they should be cleaned or oxide removed to ensure good contact. Poor contact at the pile head, when pressing the start switch and touching its wires with your hand, there may be a feeling of overheating.

  ②经以上处理,若起动机转动仍无力,可用螺丝刀将起动开关接线柱接通,若起动机转动有力,应检査开关触点是否烧蚀而导电不良,若触点烧蚀应更换。

  ② After the above processing, if the starter still fails to rotate, a screwdriver can be used to connect the starter switch terminal. If the starter rotates strongly, the switch contacts should be checked for erosion and poor conductivity. If the contacts are eroded, they should be replaced.

  ③经过上面检査,起动机仍转动无力,则故障在起动机内部,应分解检査,并进行有针对性的处理。

  19.起动机空转

  19. Starter idling

  (1)故障现象。按下起动开关时,只听到起动机旋转声,但燃气发电机组曲轴不动,即起动传动装置不能把起动电动机电枢转矩传到燃气发电机组飞轮齿圈。

When the start switch is pressed, only the sound of the starter motor rotating is heard, but the crankshaft of the gas generator set does not move, that is, the starting transmission device cannot transmit the armature torque of the starter motor to the flywheel ring gear of the gas generator set.

  ③起动齿轮或飞轮齿圈齿磨损严重或损坏。

  ④起动齿轮与飞轮齿圈端面间隙过大,起动机与燃气发电机组飞轮中心线不平行,使齿轮无法啮合。

  ④ The clearance between the starting gear and the end face of the flywheel ring gear is too large, and the centerline of the starter and the flywheel of the gas generator set are not parallel, which makes it impossible for the gears to mesh.

  ⑤开关触点接触时间调整不当。

  (3)处理方法

  ①检査蓄电池电压是否正常,若不正常应充电或换用电压正常的蓄电池。

  ②若电磁开关拉杆调整过长引起起动机空转,应调整拉杆至符合要求。

  ② If the adjustment of the electromagnetic switch lever is too long and causes the starter to idle, the lever should be adjusted to meet the requirements.

  ③起动齿轮、齿圈齿磨损严電或损坏时应更换。

  ③ When the starting gear and ring gear are worn or damaged, they should be replaced.

  ④起动齿轮与飞轮齿圈端面间隙应调整至符合要求,并使起动机与飞轮中心线平行,以 保证啮合良好。

  ④ The clearance between the starting gear and the end face of the flywheel ring gear should be adjusted to meet the requirements, and the starter should be parallel to the centerline of the flywheel to ensure good meshing.

  ⑤若按下起动开关,在拨叉使起动齿轮到达飞轮齿圈之前,开关触点就已接触通电,说明通电过早。可将起动机拨叉上的顶杆锁紧螺帽松开,将顶杆退回少许再试,直到合适 为止。

  ⑤ If the start switch is pressed and the switch contacts are already energized before the fork reaches the flywheel ring gear, it indicates that the energization is too early. You can loosen the locking nut of the top rod on the starter fork, retract the top rod slightly and try again until it is suitable.

  ⑥摩擦离合器因使用时间过久,磨损严重引起打滑,应换上新摩擦片。减震弹簧损坏时应更换。

  20.起动机齿轮不能与飞轮齿圈啮合

  (1)故障现象。起动时起动机齿轮不能与飞轮齿圈啮合,同时发出强烈的打齿声。

  ①将拨叉上的顶杆锁紧螺帽松开,将顶杆退回少许检试,直到触点接触合适为止。

  ① Loosen the locking nut of the top rod on the fork, retract the top rod slightly for inspection until the contact point contacts properly.

  ②起动齿轮、飞轮齿圈牙齿磨损严重或损坏时,应及时更换起动齿轮或飞轮齿圈。

  ② When the teeth of the starting gear or flywheel ring gear are severely worn or damaged, they should be replaced in a timely manner.

  ③起动齿轮与飞轮齿圈端面间隙过大时,应调整至符合要求。起动机与飞轮中心线不平行时,可通过调整使其平行,以保证啮合良好。

  21.发电机组运行中不能对蓄电池充电

  (1)故障现象。发电机组在运行过程中,充电电流表指示为0,用万用表直流电压挡检测蓄电池正、负极,端电压低于蓄电池的工作电压。停机后再起动,燃气发电机组不能起动。

  (1) Fault phenomenon. During the operation of the generator set, the charging ammeter indicates 0, and a multimeter is used to detect the positive and negative terminals of the battery in the DC voltage range. The terminal voltage is lower than the working voltage of the battery. After shutting down and restarting, the gas generator set cannot be started.

  ①三角皮带磨损或张紧力不足。机组运行时,充电发电机由轴端的三角皮带轮通过三角皮带带动而旋转发电,皮带磨损或张紧力不足时,则充电发电机转速不够,发出的电压太低,当电压低于蓄电池电压时,就不能对蓄电池充电。

  ① The V-belt is worn or the tension is insufficient. When the unit is running, the charging generator is driven by the triangular belt pulley at the shaft end to rotate and generate electricity through the triangular belt. When the belt is worn or the tension is insufficient, the speed of the charging generator is not enough, and the voltage emitted is too low. When the voltage is lower than the battery voltage, the battery cannot be charged.

  ④蓄电池极板硫化时应按以下方法处理:硫化较轻时,可用小电流反复充、放电予以消除。硫化严重,应先将蓄电池以其容量10%的电流放电至终止电压,再将原电解液全部倒出,加入蒸馏水迸行淸洗,然后换上蒸馏水,用初充电电流进行充电。随时测量电解液密度,如密度升到1. 15g/ml以上,可抽出部分电解液,再加蒸馏水,继续充电至密度不再上升。调整电解液密度至1.28g/ml,并进行放电至终止电压。如放电容量能达到额定容量的 80%时,则表示恢复工作基本完成。若放电容量仍很小,则应重复上述方法,直到正常为止。若极板硫化严重,应更换极板。

If the discharge capacity is still very small, the above method should be repeated until it returns to normal. If the electrode plate is severely vulcanized, it should be replaced.

  25.蓄电池自行放电

  (1)故障现象。蓄电池在使用过程中或存放的情况下,不接通任何用电设备,但容量逐渐减小,严重时燃气发电机组熄火时间较长一点再起动,便感到蓄电池电压不足。当自行放电的速度每天小于蓄电池容量的1%时,诚正常现象,大于此速度,就是自行放电故障。

  (1) Fault phenomenon. During use or storage, the battery does not connect to any electrical equipment, but its capacity gradually decreases. In severe cases, if the gas generator unit stalls for a longer period of time before restarting, the battery voltage may feel insufficient.   26.蓄电池内电解液消耗过快

  (1)故障现象。电解液正常消耗时,只需15?30天(夏天15天左右,冬天1个月)补加一次蒸馏水就行了。如果蒸馏水添加期缩短,需要经常补加蒸馏水,说明电解液损耗过快。
