  一、为啥低负荷时氮氧化物总超标?

  当发电机 “小功率干活” 时,燃烧温度和混合效率会下降,反而容易产生更多氮氧化物(NOx)。就像汽车怠速时尾气更呛人,这时必须用对方法才能既环保又省钱!

  When the generator operates at low power, the combustion temperature and mixing efficiency will decrease, and it is easier to produce more nitrogen oxides (NOx). Just like when the exhaust of a car is more pungent at idle, the right method must be used to be both environmentally friendly and cost-effective! 

  二、燃烧优化:从源头掐断氮氧化物生成

  2、 Combustion optimization: cutting off the generation of nitrogen oxides from the source

  1. 让燃气空气 “提前混匀”

  1. Let the gas and air mix well in advance

  怎么做:给燃烧器装个 “高效搅拌器”(比如多孔混合装置),让燃气和空气在点火前就像调鸡尾酒一样充分混合。效果:某电厂用了这招,低负荷时 NOx 从 150mg/m³ 降到 80mg/m³,相当于砍掉快一半!

  How to do it: Install an "efficient mixer" (such as a porous mixing device) on the burner to thoroughly mix the gas and air like a cocktail before ignition. Effect: A certain power plant used this trick to reduce NOx from 150mg/m³  to 80mg/m  at low loads, which is equivalent to cutting it in half! 

  2. 分阶段 “喂” 空气

  2. Feed the air in stages

  核心技巧:先给 70%-80% 的空气让燃料 “半燃烧”,降低局部温度;再补空气让燃料烧干净。类比:像煲汤先小火慢炖再大火收汁,既省气又不 “糊锅”(减少高温生成 NOx)。实测:NOx 排放直降 30%-40%!

  原理:用尿素或氨水当 “清洁剂”,在催化剂帮助下把 NOx 变成无害的氮气和水。低负荷对策:选低温下也能干活的催化剂,给尾气 “热身”(加热),让 “清洁剂” 喷得更准。厉害之处:能把 NOx 降到 50mg/m³ 以下,比国标还严!

Low load strategy: Choose a catalyst that can work even at low temperatures to warm up the exhaust gas and spray the cleaning agent more accurately.   2. 非催化还原法(SNCR)

  怎么用:在高温区(850-1100℃)喷 “清洁剂”,直接和 NOx 反应。低负荷技巧:多喷点 “清洁剂”,找准温度合适的位置喷,配合燃烧优化让温度更稳定。效果:NOx 能降 40%-50%,适合预算有限的场景。
