The project involves the construction of four gas-fired internal combustion biogas generators with a total installed capacity of 4.8 megawatts. Through precise load matching and system integration, the biogas generated by the reclaimed water plant can be efficiently converted into clean electricity, which can be directly connected to the 10 kV power grid in the plant area. This provides stable energy supply for the core process of reclaimed water treatment, effectively reducing the plant's dependence on external power grids and achieving a green development model of energy self-sufficiency.

The front-end uses biological desulfurization, two-stage boosting, and precision dry desulfurization to remove impurities such as sulfides in biogas; The backend strictly controls pollutant emissions through tail gas denitrification and decarbonization treatment, ensuring that exhaust emissions comply with the relevant requirements of the "Fixed Internal Combustion Engine Air Pollutant Emission Standards". This not only protects the ecological environment, but also continuously provides "high-quality biogas" for the generator set, extending the service life of the equipment.

  在安全与智能化方面,沼气发电机组并网采用“小型发电厂并网”模式,严格遵循分布式光伏发电与并网相关规范,优化设计电气与自控系统,搭建自动化监控平台,部署远程测控设备,强化网络安全防护,实现能源生产全流程数据实时汇集,达成“可视、可测、可控、可调”的智能化管理,既提升了运行安全与管理效率,也为可再生能源系统智能化升级奠定了基础。
