机械故障的排查应该分系统排查,根据故障原因及数据分析确定哪个系统发生故障而导致的停机,如果是燃气系统故障,则可能出现计量阀是否卡涩,在启动过程中计量阀的开度会出现一个不停变化的过程,若此时计量阀未开启或保持某一数值则说明计量阀已卡涩,需要立即维护或者更换;

检查节气阀是否开启,由于机组的设计缺陷导致节气阀距离涡轮增压器的位置较近,长期的高温环境会引起节气阀损坏,若启动过程中未发现节气阀开启,则需要检查维修,必要时更换节气阀;检查火花塞是否点火。

长期停机会导致机组燃烧室内凝结水分附着在火花塞上,导致其不能顺利点火。

观察机组的排气温度情况,若发现某缸出现异常缸温时,说明此缸未点火或点火不正常,此时需要更换新火花塞,并将取下的火花塞烘干备用;
Observe the exhaust temperature of the unit. If abnormal cylinder temperature is found in a certain cylinder, it indicates that the cylinder has not been ignited or ignited abnormally. At this time, it is necessary to replace the spark plug with a new one and dry the removed spark plug for later use;
检查气门间隙是否合适。
Check if the valve clearance is appropriate.
取下机组摇臂室罩壳,用塞尺测量气门间隙,将其间隙调整为进气侧0.38mm±0.02 mm,排气侧1.12 mm±0.02 mm。
Remove the rocker arm chamber cover of the unit, measure the valve clearance with a feeler gauge, and adjust the clearance to 0.38mm ± 0.02 mm on the intake side and 1.12 mm ± 0.02 mm on the exhaust side.
运行过程中出现水温过高,则可能是冷却系统出现故障,冷却液不足导致换热不良;
If the water temperature is too high during operation, it may be due to a malfunction in the cooling system, where insufficient coolant leads to poor heat exchange;
散热水箱风扇故障,导致散热不足,这时应对故障的散热水箱进行修复;
The fan of the cooling water tank is malfunctioning, resulting in insufficient heat dissipation. In this case, the faulty cooling water tank should be repaired;
节温器降温效果不理想也可能引起水温的升高,检查节温器,必要时进行更换,中冷水温度升高可能因为中冷器的堵塞造成循环不畅,同时还会引起燃气温度升高而导致的非正常燃烧停机。
Poor cooling effect of the thermostat may also cause an increase in water temperature. Check the thermostat and replace it if necessary. The increase in intercooler temperature may be caused by blockage, resulting in poor circulation and abnormal combustion shutdown due to gas temperature rise.
运行过程中出现水压升高,则可能是由于燃烧室密封不严,气体进入水循环系统,导致水压异常升高,这时应对气缸盖进行缸压测试,确定需要更换气缸盖。
If there is an increase in water pressure during operation, it may be due to poor sealing of the combustion chamber and gas entering the water circulation system, resulting in an abnormal increase in water pressure. At this time, a cylinder head pressure test should be conducted to determine the need to replace the cylinder head.
也可能是由于压力传感器异常导致;

水压降低可能是管路有渗漏的地方,应检查管路是否渗漏。

运行过程中机油温度异常升高,可能是由于油冷器堵塞导致机油冷却效果降低,也可能由于冷却液密封老化或水腔开裂导致冷却液窜入机油后,经机械搅拌使水和油混合后出现乳化,发现此情况应立即更换机油、机滤并冲洗油路,否则乳化的机油会使机组发生更严重的事故,比如连杆、曲轴等因润滑不到位而出现故障。
The abnormal increase in oil temperature during operation may be due to blockage of the oil cooler, which reduces the cooling effect of the oil. It may also be due to aging of the coolant seal or cracking of the water chamber, causing the coolant to enter the oil and mix with water and oil through mechanical stirring, resulting in emulsification. Otherwise, the emulsified oil will cause more serious accidents in the unit, such as connecting rods, crankshafts, etc., which may malfunction due to inadequate lubrication.
运行过程中油压异常升高,可能是由机油管路堵塞造成,应检查油冷器是否堵塞,检查机组是否存在内漏,燃气系统是否因为密封不严导致有气体进入曲轴箱导致机油压力升高。
During operation, the abnormal increase in oil pressure may be caused by blockage in the oil pipeline. 油压降低机油滤芯太脏导致油压损失大,机油管路有泄漏导致油压降低,机油泵损坏或者机油泵端面密封不严导致泵油能力不足。

运行过程中排温过高多,是由空燃比调节不当或进气量波动引起的。
Excessive exhaust temperature during operation is caused by improper adjustment of air-fuel ratio or fluctuations in intake air volume.
发现排温报警后,应立即降低负荷并对燃气热值数值进行修改,在调整过程中不应变化过快,注意机组的负荷波动及节气阀的开度配合,逐步将机组调整至最佳运行工况,涡轮增压器异常也会导致机组排温多高,由于涡轮增压器的出力不足导致废气不能完全排除,产生排温过高的报警,此时应对涡轮增压器进行维修。
